Job Title: Supplier Reliability Engineer Location: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Supplier Reliability Engineer to support supplier-related quality projects and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to resolve complex issues, manage supplier quality activities, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier-related projects, investigations, and quality initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables.

• Analyze data, apply sound judgment, and recommend policy or process improvements.

• Maintain compliance with QMS, regulatory, and risk management standards.

• Support audits and supplier quality system assessments.

• Communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or related technical field).

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in supplier quality, quality systems, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.

• Experience with or certification as Lead Auditor in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or TS16949 standards.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with suppliers.

• Project management experience is a plus.
