Job Title: Developer III (.NET Core & Azure) Location: Chennai, India Duration: 8 Months (Extendable) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced .NET Core Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications and APIs for the World Bank Group. The role involves application development, Azure cloud deployment, system integration, bug fixing, testing, and production support. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications and Web APIs using .NET Core. Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure. Design technical solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve production issues. Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation. Integrate on-premises, cloud, and third-party systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Waterfall projects. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, Azure Cloud, and Redis Cache. Experience with Azure DevOps; knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Splunk, and MS Excel is preferred. Good understanding of cloud technologies, system integration, and software development methodologies. Banking/Financial domain experience and Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification are an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
