Senior Automation Engineer Quality Assurance & Transition (UiPath)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UiPath Automation Engineer with strong experience in UiPath development, automation quality assurance, code review, and production support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and seamless transition of automation solutions from Development to Managed Services while driving automation enhancements and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of automation processes from Development to Managed Services.Perform comprehensive UiPath code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards and best practices.Validate Developer Unit Testing (DUT), SIT, UAT, and production readiness.Conduct functional, regression, and production validation testing.Support production stabilization, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Develop and implement automation enhancements using UiPath.Optimize existing automation workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Maintain technical documentation, transition checklists, runbooks, and release documentation.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath Development.Strong expertise in UiPath REFramework and UiPath Orchestrator.Experience with Code Review, Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, and Production Support.Strong knowledge of Exception Handling, Queues, Assets, Triggers, Logging, and Retry Mechanisms.Experience with Managed Services, Incident Management, Production Stabilization, and RCA.Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.Good understanding of SDLC, automation governance, and release management.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Agentic AI.Experience in Automation Governance and Enterprise Security.Knowledge of OCR and AI Center. .
