Senior Manager, Engineering

Responsible for architecture, design, development, quality and performance engineering Provide technical and strategic leadership for one or more engineering teams Ensure quality of product/module code bases and alignment with development standards Head the development ofhighly complexapplication features, interfaces using C#, ASP .NET Lead/Own the complete development life cycle Review and recommend changes to the architecture/design/code Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Sustainability of the product modules Guide the POCs/Technical Solution Approach using the combination of open source, closed source, commercial technology/toolset Evaluate and recommend software development tools Strive for self-excellence along with managing, coaching/mentoring, enabling success of the development/engineering teams
