About the role
Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a scrum team of junior and senior full-stack engineers. Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, senior management, and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives. Architect, design, and develop enterprise application features using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, and other modern frameworks. Implement and enforce DevSecOps principles across the development lifecycle. Oversee code quality, performance monitoring, and test automation to ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage container-based development using AKS, Service Fabric, and other cloud technologies. Utilize messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka for scalable communication between services. Lead the design and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Monitor and report on development metrics, code performance, and team efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team. Conduct performance appraisals, career path discussions, and manage critical team communications.
