Infrastructure Solution Architect (Network & Cloud)

As a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve leading and developing infrastructure services across Network, Public Cloud, and Capacity domains in India and Asia. You will be responsible for technical architecture, service ownership, and project coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery and support ongoing transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Architecture & Design: - Design infrastructure solutions for Network services, Public cloud platforms, and Capacity domains - Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of solutions - Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps - Service Delivery Management: - Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services - Ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement - Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance - Project Coordination (India & Asia): - Coordinate and lead infrastructure-related projects - Ensure alignment with global architecture and governance - Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: - Manage technical collaboration with partners and suppliers - Drive accountability, cost optimization, and service improvements - Work closely with internal teams, including cloud, network, and security - Operational Excellence: - Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance - Support lifecycle management and capacity planning - Drive automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and/or cloud) - Proven experience in Solution architecture, Service delivery management, and Infrastructure projects - Strong understanding of Networking (WAN, LAN, firewalls, VPN), Public cloud (Azure and/or AWS), and Hybrid infrastructure environments What We Offer: - Opportunity to work in a global infrastructure transformation program - Exposure to modern cloud and hybrid technologies - Collaborative international environment - High-impact role with strong ownership We expect: - Strong experience in infrastructure, networking, and/or cloud - Proven track record in service delivery and/or architecture roles - Ability to manage projects and stakeholders in a global setup As a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve leading and developing infrastructure services across Network, Public Cloud, and Capacity domains in India and Asia.
