Valoron Consulting is hiring for Full Stack Developer About the Company Valoron Consulting is a product and technology firm building high-scale, transaction-heavy web platforms. We work fast, ship real products, and give developers genuine ownership. We are currently building a creator-economy platform designed to handle real money and scale to 10,000+ concurrent users from day one. You will be building the production-grade from scratch alongside the founding team. Responsibilities Building the production-grade of a creator-economy platform from scratch. Working with Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS, global state management (e.g., Zustand) for the frontend. Utilizing PostgreSQL with Supabase for the backend, understanding relational databases beyond basic CRUD, including schema design, Row-Level Security (RLS), and transactions. Integrating payment gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, or Banking APIs, along with understanding webhook verification and secure money handling (e.g., double-entry ledgers). Leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot effectively while maintaining code quality. Familiarity with production tooling such as Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (deployment). Working directly with the core team, making fast decisions and taking real ownership with zero bureaucracy. Requirements Proof of building capabilities (GitHub profile and live project links are essential). Freshers, self-taught developers, and bootcamp graduates are welcome. Experience with or ability to quickly master: Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS, global state management (e.g., Zustand), PostgreSQL, Supabase, schema design, Row-Level Security (RLS), transactions, Razorpay, Stripe, Banking APIs, webhook verification, secure money handling (e.g., double-entry ledgers), Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Sentry, PostHog, and Vercel. Demonstrated ability to debug independently, read documentation, search smartly, test hypotheses, and take initiative. A strong understanding of the critical stakes involved in building financial systems. Compensation: Flat stipend of ₹20,000/month for a 3-6 month contract. Immediate joiners preferred.
