Demand Planning - SAP IBP for Pune, India Office: Experience Required: 2 years A Supply Chain Analytics Consultant optimize supply chain performance with SAP IBP: configure, forecast, automate, and optimize processes. Deliver tailored solutions, insightful dashboards, and data-driven decisions for improved efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP IBP modules to support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBP functionality, ensuring seamless system performance. Analyze supply chain data to develop accurate demand forecasts and actionable insights. Support cross-functional teams in identifying trends, risks, and prospects for supply chain improvement. Develop automated workflows within SAP IBP to enhance operational efficiency. Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize planning processes. Work closely with business users, supply chain managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored IBP solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP IBP functionalities. Create and manage dashboards and reports using SAP IBP, Power BI, and Excel to track KPIs and performance metrics. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. Requirements/Qualifications: Masters degree in Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or closely related field. Two years of experience with SAP IBP, including configuration and functional expertise. Hands-on experience in supply chain planning and analytics. Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, or Inventory Planning. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization. Excellent Spoken and Written English skills and with an analytical minds .
