Jr. QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Software QA Engineer with 0-1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications by performing manual testing, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and product teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and functional requirements.Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issuesValidate bug fixes and perform retesting activities.Participate in requirement review meetings and provide QA feedback.Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress to the team.Desired Skills and ExperienceStrong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in writing and executing test cases.Knowledge of defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Compensation: 200,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Work Location: In person We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Software QA Engineer with 0-1 year of experience in software testing.
