Description : Senior AI/ML Architect (Salesforce / Healthcare Domain) Location : Coimbatore, TN, On-Site Experience : 9+ years Employment Type : Full-time Compensation : Competitive + Benefits + Performance Bonus About the Role : - We are seeking a Senior AI/ML/DL Architect with deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems. - This role is central to our mission of creating impactful AI-driven solutions in the Healthcare and Salesforce domains. - As a hands-on technical leader, you will own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from data ingestion, model training, and optimization to deployment, monitoring, and scaling. - While the role is rooted in AI/ML/DL architecture, youll also have opportunities to expand into Generative AI and LLM-based systems. - This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, shaping AI solutions that directly transform enterprises. Key Responsibilities : Architect & Deploy ML/DL Systems : - Design and implement scalable ML pipelines : preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment. - Engineer low-latency, high-throughput inference systems suitable for enterprise use cases. Domain-Centric Solutioning : - Healthcare AI : Architect HIPAA/FHIR-compliant workflows for EMR/EHR, clinical notes, imaging, and life sciences data. - Salesforce AI : Build and integrate AI systems with Einstein 1 Platform, Apex, SOQL, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft APIs. Model Optimization & Performance : - Apply advanced ML/DL techniques : CNNs, RNNs, transformers, ensemble methods. - Optimize models for speed, cost, and accuracy via quantization, distillation, pruning, and distributed training. Infrastructure & MLOps : - Build robust ML pipelines with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow/Kubeflow, and Airflow. - Deploy across AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI with observability, telemetry, and drift detection. - Implement scalable, compliant architectures meeting HIPAA/GDPR standards. Future Growth into Generative AI (optional but encouraged) : - Explore LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Experiment with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weviate) and hybrid retrieval pipelines. Leadership & Mentorship : - Write clean, production-grade Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). - Mentor engineers/data scientists, enforce coding & architectural best practices. - Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. What You Bring : - Experience : 4 to 8+ years in AI/ML/DL engineering or architecture, with proven success delivering production-grade systems. Core Technical Skills : - Expert Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras. - Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, DL architectures (transformers, attention models, CNNs, RNNs). - Data pipelines, embeddings, ETL/ELT, real-time streaming. Infrastructure : - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). Domain Expertise (must have one, ideally both) : - Healthcare : HIPAA/FHIR/HL7, EMR/EHR, clinical data, imaging. - Salesforce : Einstein 1 Platform, Agentforce, Apex/Lightning, SOQL, Data Cloud, MuleSoft.
