Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy & Ownership Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture Drive long-term technical vision aligned with product strategy and business needs Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies Manage technical debt with a proactive and sustainable approach Product Engineering Leadership Lead design and development of critical product features and modules Architect systems for multi-tenancy , high availability , and global reach Drive modernization initiatives – microservices, API-first, DevOps-native Collaborate with product managers to influence backlog and technical roadmap Team Leadership & Mentorship Serve as the technical authority and mentor for engineers across the team Conduct regular code reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and tech workshops Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high technical standards Operational Excellence Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and automation practices Introduce and embed SRE principles to enhance system resilience Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance regulations
