AI Engineer

We need a Senior AI Engineer – Generative & Agentic AI Specialist • Architect and Develop AI Solutions: Build and optimize Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs). • Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and context awareness. • Implement sophisticated machine learning (ML) pipelines for model training, inference, and evaluation. • Research and Innovation: Conduct R&D in areas like Foundation Models, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), Federated Learning, and Explainable AI (XAI). • Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, multi-modal models, and agentic computing. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. • AI Infrastructure and Deployment: Design scalable AI infrastructure leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment. • Integrate AI solutions into production environments using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or custom APIs. • Optimize training on GPUs, TPUs, and custom hardware accelerators to achieve high performance. • Ethical AI and Compliance: Ensure that all AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and comply with AI regulations and privacy requirements. • Design responsible AI systems that mitigate bias and prevent unintended consequences. • Python, ML frameworks, embedding models, data analysis, model fine-tuning (Primary) - High • SQL (Primary) - High • Familiarity with Data Engineering, SSIS, Implementation/Data Migrations (Secondary) - Medium
