About the role
Looking for lead MFT solution development DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION Design, develop, and implement secure managed file transfer solutions supporting enterprise-scale data exchange requirements Configure and maintain MFT platforms ensuring high availability, security, and performance Develop and maintain file transfer workflows, automation scripts, and integration processes Implement secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, AS3, HTTPS, etc.) Design and build PGP encryption/decryption solutions and digital signature implementations for secure data exchange Create and maintain partner onboarding processes including certificate management and credential provisioning Develop integration solutions connecting MFT systems with enterprise applications and databases OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE: Monitor file transfer operations and troubleshoot failed transfers, performance issues, and connectivity problems Perform incident and problem management activities including root cause analysis and resolution Execute Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities such as platform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance Manage certificate renewals, key rotations, and security credential updates Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures for MFT infrastructure Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical file transfer operations as required Maintain comprehensive documentation of MFT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides SCHEDULING & AUTOMATION: Design, develop, and maintain Control-M job schedules and workflows supporting file transfer operations Create and optimize job dependencies, calendars, and scheduling logic Implement monitoring and alerting for scheduled jobs and file transfers Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, performance bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless job execution across enterprise systems INTEGRATION & COLLABORATION: Work closely with business teams, external partners, and vendors to understand file transfer requirements Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security policies Integrate MFT solutions with API gateways, ESB platforms, and enterprise integration tools Participate in cross-functional projects involving data migration, system upgrades, and platform consolidations Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels and geographical locations SECURITY & COMPLIANCE: Ensure all file transfer solutions adhere to enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.) Implement data encryption, secure authentication, and access control mechanisms Conduct regular security assessments and audits of MFT infrastructure Maintain compliance documentation and support audit activities Implement data loss prevention (DLP) measures and file integrity monitoring PRIMARY SKILLSET MANAGED FILE TRANSFER PLATFORMS: GoAnywhere MFT (Good to have - JSON/XML data formats - API gateway integration We are seeking experienced Managed File Transfer (MFT) Developers to join our Integration Development team across Hyderabad and Sweden locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining secure file transfer solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role requires strong expertise in MFT platforms, file transfer protocols, and integration technologies, combined with experience in enterprise scheduling tools and API integration. The successful candidates will work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient transfer of critical business data between internal systems and external partners. You will be expected to lead MFT solution development, troubleshoot complex file transfer issues, and maintain compliance with security and data governance standards.
