Automation Testing

We are looking for candidates with Primary Skillset: Automation, Selenium, Java, API, Rest Assured • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, robust automation frameworks for API and service testing using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI, ensuring reusability, maintainability, and performance. • Drive end-to-end test strategy for REST, SOAP, and microservices-based APIs, including functional, integration, regression, and contract testing across complex, multi-system environments. • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and architects to analyze service contracts (Swagger, RAML, WSDL, JSON, XML) and translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and automation plans. • Spearhead problem-solving initiatives by identifying gaps in QE processes, proposing innovative solutions, and building custom utilities or tools to reduce manual effort, improve test coverage, and resolve recurring issues. • Leverage AI/ML-powered tools and techniques to enhance test automation—such as intelligent test case generation, self-healing scripts, anomaly detection, and predictive defect analysis—to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level QA engineers through regular code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and hands-on guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. • Coordinate with offshore QA teams to align on test scope, execution timelines, defect triage, and reporting, ensuring consistent quality delivery across global delivery models. • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools, enabling continuous testing and faster feedback loops. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation assets from requirement analysis and script development to execution, reporting, and maintenance. Ensuring high reliability and scalability. • Act as a key point of contact during client engagements, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, UAT, and production support, delivering clear status updates and risk assessments. • We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with a strong foundation in API testing and automation framework design to lead and innovate in a high-performance QA environment. • The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive automation excellence across complex service-oriented architectures. • This role requires a proactive problem solver who can not only execute but also architect solutions—both technical and process-oriented—to elevate the quality and speed of delivery. • You will be responsible for shaping the automation roadmap, building intelligent tools using AI/ML, and guiding a team of QA professionals toward higher efficiency and innovation. • Key qualifications include: 8+ years of hands-on experience in API automation with proven expertise in RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI. • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing modular, maintainable automation frameworks for REST/SOAP services. • Strong understanding of CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices. • Experience in working with WSDL, Swagger, RAML, JSON, and XML to validate service contracts and data flows. • Proven ability to build custom utilities or automation tools that solve real-world testing challenges and reduce manual work. • Exposure to AI-driven automation techniques—such as intelligent test generation, dynamic test data creation, or self-healing test scripts—is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills with a track record of leading and growing QA teams. • This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and team development.
