We are looking for candidates with Primary Skillset: JAVA, Springs , Hibernate, Microsoft SQL Server, React 19 , JavaScript "• 70% development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and REST/SOAP web services. • 30% team management: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and support team planning and execution. • Build and enhance responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in both backend and frontend components."
