Java Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (Java) to lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful Web Services, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. * Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and reliability. * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external and internal systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. * Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team. * Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced concepts). • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework. • Expertise in Microservices architecture and design patterns. • Solid understanding of RESTful Web Services and API development. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred). • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Nice-to-Have: • Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
