About the role
Role: Lead Dot Net Developer Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Job Description: We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should have deep backend engineering experience, strong architectural and leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering high-quality cloud-native solutions. The candidate should also possess a good understanding of modern frontend SPA frameworks such as Angular or React. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs • Drive cloud-native solution development using Azure PaaS services • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions • Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, best practices, and technical governance • Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures • Ensure application reliability, observability, scalability, and security • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, release management, and production support • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis • Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and engineering improvements
