We are looking for candidate with strong knowledge on .Net Core, API, Azure, Angular/React, Enterprise Architect (Designing & Development) • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable .NET-based enterprise applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. • Design and document application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and integration patterns. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Drive performance optimization, security, and compliance (especially HIPAA in healthcare). • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. • Participate in hands-on development, debugging, and unit/integration testing. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements. • .NET Architect with over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural role, to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications, particularly within the healthcare domain. • The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, and frontend frameworks such as Angular or React. • They should demonstrate strong hands-on capabilities in coding, debugging, and testing, along with deep knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Azure cloud services, SQL Server, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR standards, and HIPAA compliance is essential. • The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensure adherence to security, performance, and regulatory standards. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
