Release Manager

We are looking for Release management, Servicenow, ITSM "• Release Manager,IT Service Manager,Create release scripts as per the deployment and fallback steps in coordination with the App Dev team • Coordinate release planning activities including internal/external comms, release Script and scope review meetings, Go No Go meetings • Manage complex releases (Infrastructure, DB etc.) • Work with various SDLC stages and PROD--with insight enabling individuals to keep cross-functional teams informed/aligned • Use ServiceNow and SharePoint tools" We are seeking a professional with experience in managing complex releases, creating release scripts, coordinating release planning activities, and working with various SDLC stages. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, and experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint tools. The role will be accountable for release planning and scheduling, cross-functional dependency management, deployment governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to established release compliance standards.
