We are seeking an experienced SME MFT (Subject Matter Expert - Managed File Transfer) with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and managing enterprise file transfer solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in MFT platform integrations, demonstrated experience in mentoring and educating development teams on MFT technologies, and specialized expertise in the lifecycle management and operations of GoAnywhere MFT platform. This senior role requires a technical leader who can architect secure, scalable, and reliable file transfer solutions, establish MFT best practices and standards, and serve as the go-to expert for all MFT-related initiatives. The SME MFT will play a critical role in enabling seamless B2B data exchange, automating file-based integrations, and ensuring the operational excellence of the organization's managed file transfer infrastructure. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MFT Solution Design & Development (5+ Years): • Architect and design enterprise-grade managed file transfer solutions for B2B and internal data exchange scenarios • Develop complex file transfer integrations using MFT platforms supporting multiple protocols: SFTP, FTPS, FTP, AS2, AS3, AS4, HTTP/S, SCP • Design secure file transfer architectures with encryption (PGP, AES), digital signatures, and certificate management • Implement automated file transfer workflows with scheduling, monitoring, and error handling capabilities • Create file transformation and mapping solutions for various formats: CSV, XML, JSON, EDI (X12, EDIFACT), fixed-width, delimited files • Design high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical file transfer processes • Develop integration patterns between MFT platforms and enterprise systems: ERP, CRM, databases, cloud storage • Implement file validation, virus scanning, and data quality checks in transfer workflows
