Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineering Manager. The role involves delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities may include overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, designing and implementing systems, managing distributed systems, and coordinating project timelines to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Software Development and Software Design to build and enhance scalable and efficient systems MERN stack expertise or willing to up-skill within 3 weeks Experience in Distributed Systems design and architecture Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated ability to work in a remote and collaborative environment Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or behavioral science is a plus
