As an AI Architect at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge intelligent solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions to tackle complex business challenges and foster innovation. - Leading end-to-end AI solution development, encompassing data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. - Designing and implementing LLM-based applications leveraging various frameworks and orchestration frameworks. - Integrating AI-powered copilots, coding assistants, and intelligent automation solutions across enterprise platforms and products. - Providing technical leadership in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Developing prompt engineering strategies, datasets, and advanced prompting techniques to enhance AI accuracy and user experience. - Designing and managing AI data platforms, including data ingestion, retrieval pipelines, and enterprise knowledge repositories. - Integrating enterprise applications with AI platforms and services such as OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and other cloud-native AI technologies. - Establishing best practices for AI architecture, MLOps, security, governance, scalability, and reliability. - Driving AI innovation by evaluating emerging advancements and incorporating relevant technologies into enterprise roadmaps. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on programming expertise in languages like Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript. - Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Understanding of Generative AI architectures and experience with AI Coding Assistants. - Expertise with Cloud & MLOps platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Google AI Platform. - Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level AI/ML engineers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving complex issues in AI systems. - Excellent communication skills for translating complex AI concepts for technical and business stakeholders. - Experience defining enterprise AI architectures, reference models, and establishing architectural standards.
