Guidewire Business Analyst

Understand the customer business and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for Guidewire applications. Customize Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter to meet specific business requirements. Has thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products. Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Is required to work with onsite counterpart as well as direct customer on BA activities and deliverables. Will provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams. Will attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements. Will own BA deliverables. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous. 3-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in Guidewire applications. Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance. Has worked on GW PC or other COTS implementation project for personal or commercial lines as a business analyst. Has good functional understanding of Guidewire OOTB products. Having working experience on Integration will be an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Good To Have Candidates with these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profiles assessed. Some of them are as follows: Good to have Guidewire certification and update to the latest version, or AINS certification or IIBA certification. Awareness of Cloud Implementation. Hands on experience in the Specialty Line of business.
