Position: Guidewire Developer Experience: 3–10 Years Location: India Domain: P&C Insurance Technology About the Role We are looking for skilled Guidewire Developers with hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter) to design, build, and configure enterprise-grade insurance applications for global customers across the US, UK, and Canada. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications • Build integrations using SOAP/REST APIs • Develop solutions using Gosu, Java, SQL, XML & XSLT • Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI tools to improve productivity and code quality • Conduct unit & integration testing • Support QA and production environments • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams • Drive innovation and process improvements Must-Have Skills • 3–10 years of Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation experience • Expertise in Gosu, Java, XML, and XSLT • Experience with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows & Data Model • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, SVN & CI/CD pipelines • Exposure to GitHub Copilot, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or GenAI tools • Knowledge of P&C Insurance (Commercial & Personal Lines) • Experience with Agile tools like Jira • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have • Guidewire Certifications • Experience with AWS/Azure, Jenkins, Docker • Exposure to SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or document generation tools Why Join ValueMomentum At ValueMomentum, we believe in empowering employees to succeed through continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
