Senior Softtware Engineer

Key Skills: xPression Job Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Coimbatore Mode of Work: Work From Office (5 Days) Experience: 4 to 7 Years About the Job: As a Senior Software Developer – xPression , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multi-channel customer communications across print, web (HTML), email, SMS, archive, and other formats. You will play a critical role in building end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, working closely with customers to understand requirements, define input file structures, and deliver scalable and high-quality communication outputs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in xPression, end-to-end document lifecycle management, and hands-on experience in developing output streams such as PDF and print formats using modern technologies and best engineering practices. Responsibilities: • Develop end-to-end CCM applications using xPression • Integrate output queues for print and digital communication channels • Understand customer requirements and define input file structures • Work with output formats such as AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, and Empower • Design business and technical documentation • Create developer and reviewer checklists • Develop unit test cases for SIT and UAT • Perform QA and ensure high-quality deliverables • Identify performance tuning and cost optimization opportunities • Follow best practices during development and testing phases • Review daily deliverables and ensure adherence to standards • Participate in customer calls and project status discussions Requirements: • Experience in xPression and end-to-end document lifecycle management • Strong experience in customer communication and requirement gathering • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Shell, COBOL, .NET) • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have: • Change Management experience • Insurance domain knowledge
