Key Skills: Hyland OnBase, Unity Scripts, Workflow Administration, WorkView, EIS Integrations Job Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Coimbatore Mode of Work: Work From Office (5 Days) Experience: 4 to 8 Years About the job: We are seeking an experienced Hyland OnBase Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable and reliable enterprise content management solutions using Hyland OnBase technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and design capabilities with experience in workflow automation, document management, integrations, and customer/vendor interactions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities: • Participate in the complete system development lifecycle and support document storage, retrieval, and user management applications. • Work closely with interfacing applications, project teams, architects, developers, and database administrators across multiple platforms including Unix, Windows, AIX, and Mainframe environments. • Track end-to-end process flows, ensure data integrity, and generate reports. • Develop and maintain best practices documentation and technical standards. • Deploy code across multiple environments from development to production. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and workflow issues. • Provide production support and enhancement development for OnBase applications. • Develop and configure OnBase components including Workflows, WorkView, Unity Scripts, Unity Forms, and Import Processes. • Build document intake methods such as Scan Queues, DIP, Email Importer, COLD, Outlook Integration, WSP archival, and Hyland Virtual Printer integrations. • Design and implement workflows including lifecycle management, queues, timers, system tasks, load balancing, and integration services. • Create Unity Forms, E-Forms, AutoFill, and External AutoFill using OnBase APIs. • Manage OnBase security, disk groups, document types, keywords, custom queries, and workflow configurations. • Implement document retention policies and automate purge jobs based on organizational standards. • Coordinate unit testing, UAT support, debugging, and production issue resolution. • Maintain technical documentation including developer checklists, test plans, and execution reports. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Hyland OnBase development and administration. • Strong expertise in OnBase Configuration, Unity Scripts, Workflows, WorkView, Unity Forms, and Import Processes. • Hands-on experience in Workflow Administration and Enterprise Integration Server (EIS) integrations. • Good understanding of OnBase security models, document management, and workflow lifecycle management. • Experience in creating and managing intake methods for document imports into OnBase. • Expertise in implementing workflow security and document retention policies. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in production support, customer communication, and issue resolution. • Knowledge of SQL database queries is an added advantage. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
