Sr. Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions for enterprise clients. Design and deploy Data Mapping strategies and build a Unified Data Catalog. Develop and enforce Data Governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements. Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Protection rules. Implement and monitor Insider Risk Management protocols. Drive adoption of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and DSPM for AI across client environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, Legal, and IT Operations. Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to stakeholders. Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance policies. Qualifications and Experience Required Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance policies. Experience configuring and managing DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management. Familiarity with DSPM tools and methodologies, especially for AI workloads. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in L3 support / implementation roles. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate. Experience supporting regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, etc.). Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks and secure configuration standards.
