About the role
About You: 1-3 years in IT/cloud, with practical operational and admin experience in Azure (AWS knowledge is a fantastic bonus). Must hold an active AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) OR AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) certificationholding both is a huge plus. Proven comfort with the Azure Pricing Calculator and experience contributing to Statements of Work (SoWs) or technical proposals. A working understanding of how tech services (implementation vs. managed services) are bundled. A structured thinker who listens well and communicates clearly. What you'll do: Lead discovery calls virtually and in-person to dig into client requirements and translate their business problems into practical, feasible cloud solutions. Own the Azure Pricing Calculator to build accurate, transparent infrastructure cost estimates. Conceptual clarity of standard Landing Zones and helping clients understand the security baseline setup. Structuring the service delivery side of the deal and drafting the SOWs for engineering effort required for deployments, implementations, and ongoing support services. Create crisp slide decks and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders. Understanding the client's architecture and plan what new use cases can be built.
