About the Role We are looking for a hands-on O365 L2 Migration Specialist who has strong experience in email migrations to Microsoft 365 from different platforms. This role is focused on execution, so we need someone who has actually worked on migrations and can handle them independently. The candidate should also have solid experience in tenant-to-tenant (T2T) migrations and strong expertise in BitTitan MigrationWiz. Qualifications and Experience Required Strong hands-on experience in O365 mailbox migration projects Experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations Mandatory expertise in BitTitan MigrationWiz Good understanding of Exchange Online, hybrid environments and mail flow Ability to handle migration activities independently Good to Have Experience with Quest or other migration tools Basic knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint migration Understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID Exposure to O365 security and compliance Experience Required 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience At least 2-3 years of experience in O365 migration Key Responsibilities Work on end-to-end mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365 from Exchange, Google Workspace, Lotus Notes, IMAP and similar platforms. Handle Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrations including mailbox, calendar and contacts. Use BitTitan MigrationWiz for project setup, execution and monitoring. Plan and execute migrations in batches or cutover scenarios. Perform pre-migration checks, migration execution and post-migration validation. Monitor migration jobs, troubleshoot failures and re-run where required. Support mail flow configuration and basic DNS updates (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
