Role Summary The Product Manager, Specialist role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, define product roadmaps, and drive business growth. The specialist ensures smooth product execution, manages escalations, and employs data-driven insights to refine product strategies. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and market needs. Responsibilites 1. Lead digital product management efforts for multiple digital products or one strategic product, ensuring alignment with business goals. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive impactful changes. 3. Coach digital product teams on best practices, learnings, and product development methodologies to maximize efficiency. 4. Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly, supporting escalations when needed to enable rapid delivery. 5. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of new digital products, including market analysis, feature definition, and implementation planning. 6. Develop pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring products are competitive and aligned with market demand. 7. Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and optimize product performance. 8. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-efficient delivery. 9. Lead product launches by working closely with marketing teams, executives, and other product management stakeholders to drive successful go-to-market strategies. 10. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategies and effective messaging across customer segments. 11. Participate in ongoing business planning, departmental prioritization activities, and special projects as required. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 8 years of related work experience, with at least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA), or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA).Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platformsStrong understanding of Wealth Management products, client journeys, and business processesExperience translating business needs into product capabilities and delivery requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teamsExperience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholdersCustomer-centric mindset with ability to represent business needs and prioritiesAgile product delivery experience with roadmap and backlog managementStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business functionsAbility to work effectively with global teams across different time zonesStrong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization.Experience with Digital Wealth Management or Client Portal platformsKnowledge of Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture and modern digital product ecosystemsExperience working on enterprise web platforms and customer-facing applicationsBackground in User Experience (UX) collaboration and design thinkingExposure to Secure Client Portals, Digital Self-Service, or Advisor platformsExperience leading platform modernization or digital transformation initiativesLocation This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguards India office.
