Role Overview: You will be providing expert-level IT technical lead services, focusing on the integration and implementation of technologies to optimize performance, ensure secure architecture, and enhance system scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms, ensuring successful architecture, development, and implementation. - Evaluate and approve development options and technical deliverables, overseeing comprehensive testing for functionality, performance, and security. - Act as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies. - Maintain expertise in IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards; mentor staff and ensure team adoption of evolving standards. - Drive continuous improvement in technical standards, methodologies, and the adoption of emerging technologies. - Participate in product life cycle reviews and serve as a technical advisor across project meetings. - Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies, validating that deliverables meet internal and external requirements. - Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. - Apply deep server-side development skills, focusing on performance optimization, secure architecture, and database efficiency. - Troubleshoot complex system performance issues and recommend improvements to optimize data flow across services and APIs. - Ensure scalable and resilient backend functionality, with proactive measures for increased system demands. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or Masters in Computer Applications. - Expert level programming skills in Java, SpringBoot, Python. - Expert level understanding of AWS Services, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD, and API security. - Expertise in software architecture, event-driven architectures, system design, and technical leadership for enterprise applications. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize system performance. - Proficiency in Observability concepts and tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch. - TDD/BDD Test Automation Skills (Cucumber). - Ability to leverage AI-assisted engineering Tools effectively to improve the software development process. - Experience in mentoring teams, establishing technical standards, and driving continuous process improvement. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with Agile, Confluence, JIRA, and monitoring and refining dashboards. - Desired Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect/AWS Solution Consultant.
