About the role
Key Skills : Auto CAD & Solid Work 2D & 3D Modeling, Fabrication Detailing. GAD, BOM & Mfg. Knowledge. Job Description : Must have experience as design engineer /draughtsman in fabrication industries probably. Sound Knowledge of manufacturing process involved in shop floor. Knowledge of Geometric dimension and tolerance ,welding symbols ,sheet metal , laser cutting. Preparation of CAD Drawing in (2D& 3D) with Auto CAD & Solid works software Preparation of bill of material, as built Drawing. Ability to read and understand CAD drawing properly. Knowledge of engineering calculation, drawing, specification& development. Mixing Tank, Silo, Vessels, Reactor, Agitator Assembly, Condenser Heat Exchanger Equipment Design & Drafting Expert. Pharmacy, Food, Dairy, Chemical Plant & Process Equipment Design & Drafting Experience. Modify designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyses until design meets specification requirements. Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients. Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output. Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Project. Make design changes on existing products. Able to exercises some latitude and technical judgment in deciding work methods. Analyze and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause.
