Business Systems Analyst

This virtual global position will support Concur COMPLEAT, a robust quality assurance system that automates file-finishing, reduces PNR processing time, ensures reservation accuracy and does Auto-ticketing. Concur COMPLEAT drives revenue, automates processes and eliminates manual tasks. COMPLEAT is a product of Concur. It supports multiple global distribution systems and is fully integrated with GBT existing front- and back-office systems and support exporting data to third-party tools. The expectation for this role will be ensuring effective, timely and high-quality maintenance and development of the automation portfolio on the global level for GBT. The objective of the role is to support the Travelport + migration Qualifications : Primary skills: Good knowledge of GDS Minimum of 5 years of Business Travel experience required. Project management (Internal COMPLEAT projects & Re-engineering & Partner initiatives/projects). Prior experience working with COMPLEAT/Robotics or analyst preferred. Data-driven Skills: Minimum of 3 years of Business Travel experience required Good understanding of online as well as offline business Good knowledge of GDS (Travelport/Galileo) Prior experience working with COMPLEAT/automation travel systems or business analyst preferred Ability to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by users Strong skill in tracking and managing own work Data driven Ability to create, update and analyze metrics Provide root cause analysis for problems, identify and implement fixes Good interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams Be comfortable with working in a metrics and SLA driven environment Project management disciplines Problem management consulting Main Activities: Troubleshooting Identify root cause and develop solutions within a timely manner Development provide development support during projects and/or product enhancements Write COMPLEAT development requirements, Design & Build solutions
