About the role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Sales Cloud solutions. Provide technical expertise and support for SAP C4C, Sales and Service Cloud, and related modules. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Sales Cloud implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Sales Cloud and its integration with other systems. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP Sales Cloud and related technologies. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of SAP C4C, Sales and Service Cloud, and related modules. Experience with integrations and APIs using REST, OData, or SOAP protocols. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
