Role & responsibilities : CAM shaft engineer Experience in handling CNC, VMC & HMC machine. • Tooling for new product, VMC, HMC and CNC Turning. • Setup time reduce in cell for minimizing the losses and increased the productivity for different types of component. • Reduce the cycle time of bottleneck machine for line balancing. • Reduce the rejection by using different quality tools. • Setting for VMC, HMC, CNC Turning & Grinding Machines for new product development. • Execution Of production plan on shop Floor To get production smoothly both quantitative as well as qualitative. • Monitor machine performance to Desire the product. • Knowledge about inventory management. • Proficiency in generating & implantation small improvement through kaizen . • Encourage and Motivate Subordinate to achieve the result.
