Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, drivers, and required updates. Handling Service Desk operations, including incident tickets and service requests. LAN configuration and troubleshooting. Local and network printer installation, configuration, and sharing. Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. Providing remote support to end users. 1 year of experience in IT support.
