Server Support Engineer-l2/l3 (Goregaon)

Position: Server Support Engineer (L2/L3) Experience: 3-8 years Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days Joiners JD for Server Support L2/L3 Roles 1. All Windows Server End to End OS Management (Windows 2012/16/19) - Installation, Configuration, Hardening, Troubleshooting etc. 2. Antivirus management - Epo administration & Troubleshooting of Antivirus Definitions & Monitoring and Logging for Security violations. 3. Patching - MS Patch management though WSUS\Cisco AMP. 4. RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools. 5. Positive working knowledge in DHCP and DNS Services 6. Basic Knowledge and understanding on Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting. 7. Basic knowledge and understanding on Storage (Dell, EMC, NetApp etc.) and File services 8. Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation. 9. 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting 10. Basic understanding VMware administration. 11. Daily BAU L2/L3 Calls Support on Windows Server Family infrastructure. 12. Incident Management & Escalation - Ticket Status Check and Update. 13. Change Management - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution. 14. Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls 15. Trend analysis of tickets and recommendation of improvement. Identifying problem areas and finding out ways to reduce that. 16. Good knowledge on File permissions and review. 17. Good Knowledge on Backup though Symantec. 18. Having Windows certification in 2012/2016/2019 or CCNA will be an added advantage. 19. Flexible to work on shifts 20.
