As an experienced and creative Architect at Vasundhara Construction, you will be responsible for handling architectural planning, project execution, and site coordination professionally. Your role will involve utilizing strong technical knowledge and practical experience in residential and commercial construction projects to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Create architectural drawings and layouts - Prepare 2D & 3D project designs - Handle project costing and estimation - Conduct site visits and monitor project progress - Coordinate with contractors and project teams - Ensure project quality and timely completion - Manage project documentation and reports Required Skills: - Architectural Planning - Project Costing - PMC Knowledge - Drawing & Drafting - 2D & 3D Designing - Site Visit & Site Supervision - Project Handling & Coordination - AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit Knowledge - Client Communication Skills The compensation for this role ranges from 50,000.00 to 60,000.00 per month. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
