Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology,or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a similar platform. Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD concepts and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python is a plus.
