Role Description The Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 Business Central role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram(1st 3 Months Hydrabad Deployment) . The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting process mapping and gap analysis, designing and documenting functional specifications, performing system setup and testing, and supporting data migration and integration activities. The role also involves providing end-user training, resolving functional issues, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementations and upgrades. The consultant will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and contribute to continuous improvement of solution delivery methodologies.
