About the role
Responsibilities: Maintain and organize all company documents, both physical and digital. Manage file indexing, document archiving, and retrieval, similar to a librarian. Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, warranties, and inventory. Handle basic IT support such as user creation, printer setup, Windows troubleshooting, email configuration, and software installation. Update IT documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, passwords (securely), and asset registers. Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and repairs. Prepare reports, maintain Excel records, and assist in audits. Manage office filing systems and administrative records. Assist the IT Head with day-to-day operations and documentation. Ensure proper document confidentiality and access control. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers, and networking. Excellent document management and record-keeping skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication and organisational abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Preferred Qualification Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, or any graduate). 12 years of experience in office administration, documentation, records management, or IT support. Experience with ERP systems or document management systems is an advantage. Compensation: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Education Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person .
