About the role
Key Responsibilities: Core IT Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintenance of IT Infrastructure: Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems. Information and Cyber Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. SAP Basis and Security: Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems. Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks. Product Development and Integrations: Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - support the internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products. General IT Operations: Serve as a versatile resource for IT operations, handling various tasks as required. Lead and support new product deployments and integrations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and cyber security. Knowledge of SAP basis and security. Experience with product development and integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
