About the role
As an experienced OpenText EDI Administrator, your role will involve supporting and maintaining the EDI ecosystem, with a particular focus on OpenText and BizLink integrations. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving EDI issues, ensuring reliable data exchange with customers and 3PL partners, and collaborating with internal ERP system owners (AS400). Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support the OpenText EDI platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization - Diagnose and resolve BizLink-related integration and transaction issues - Partner with ERP (AS400) system owners to ensure seamless data flow and issue resolution - Work directly with customers and 3PL partners to investigate and resolve EDI discrepancies - Analyze transaction failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions - Maintain EDI mappings, documentation, and operational procedures Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with OpenText EDI solutions - Deep understanding of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and transaction flows - Experience supporting BizLink integrations - Functional knowledge of AS400 / ERP systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues - Effective communication skills for cross-functional and external partner collaboration As an experienced OpenText EDI Administrator, your role will involve supporting and maintaining the EDI ecosystem, with a particular focus on OpenText and BizLink integrations.
