Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who can lead the Quality Assurance function at VAYUZ by establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE). You will own the test strategy, introduce automation frameworks, and ensure robust QA processes across our projects. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the QA Centre of Excellence. Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks. Conduct manual, unit, and integration testing across web and mobile applications. Lead QA efforts in Agile teams: test planning, execution, defect reporting. Set up testing standards, documentation, and continuous QA improvement practices. Perform performance and security testing where applicable. Mentor and manage junior QA team members. Work closely with development and product teams for test coverage and quality. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation). Strong in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins). Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger), JIRA, and other QA tools. Knowledge of Blockchain and crypto-related application testing is a big plus. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Good to Have: Experience in setting up QA from scratch. Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
