About the role
Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable data warehouse solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) , Azure Synapse Pipelines , and SSIS . Develop interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Ensure data governance, data quality , and compliance with organizational standards and policies. Translate complex business requirements into practical data models, pipelines, and visualizations . Lead or contribute to end-to-end BI solution delivery , from data ingestion to visualization and reporting. Manage data ingestion workflows and pipelines for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) . Work independently to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech – Any Specialization). 9–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Business Analytics or equivalent roles. Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server). Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing , and ETL concepts . Must have worked on ingesting and managing data in an Enterprise Data Warehouse . Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions using the MSBI stack , including Power BI . Experience in both on-premise and cloud BI/reporting technologies . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with DBT and Microsoft Fabric will be a strong advantage. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Familiarity with modern data architecture practices and tools within the Azure ecosystem .
