Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate has built products from scratc h, worked in early-stage startup environment s, and preferably has experience as a Founder/Co-Founde r or Founding Enginee r Location- Bangalore, HSR Layout -Onsite Experience - 5+ Years Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable backend systems Build high-performance APIs usi ng Python & Fast Api Drive technical strategy, engineering best practices, and long-term architectural decisions Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to drive 01 product development Own systems from conception to deployment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security Mentor and guide engineering teams in coding standards, design patterns, and distributed systems Requirements 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong hands-on Python skills Deep expertise in Fast API, API design, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure Proven experience working in early-stage start ups—building systems/products from scratch Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Founding Engin eer, or key early team member is highly preferred Strong foundation in system design, architecture, scalability, and high-performance syst ems Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environments Excellent problem-solving, product thinking, and ownership minds
