Role Overview: You will be joining as a trainee in a role designed for someone early in their career. Your responsibilities will include fixing bugs and building small features on a live product, with the goal of growing you into a strong full-stack developer over time. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and the backend team, receiving mentorship along the way. Your growth into a full-time, permanent member of the team is the objective from day one. Even if you do not possess all the required skills initially, as long as you have solid fundamentals and a willingness to learn, the rest will be taught to you. Key Responsibilities: - Fix bugs and build small UI features on patient-facing workflows - Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement real functionality - Write clean, readable code and become familiar with our codebase gradually - Write and maintain tests for the features and fixes you implement - Test your changes on both desktop and mobile platforms - Learn to handle patient data with care and responsibility, guided by us Qualification Required: - A genuine interest in learning to code effectively, as most of the necessary skills will be acquired on the job - Proficiency in at least one programming language and a basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and server-client communication - Strong attention to detail and transparent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your actions and pose relevant questions - An eagerness to develop software that aids healthcare teams - A Computer Science or related degree is preferred, but candidates from bootcamps, self-taught backgrounds, or alternative paths are also encouraged to apply.
