About the role
8-12 years of overall ERP experience, with at least the last 5 years focused on Oracle Cloud technical work. Experience in estimating, designing, and developing technical components using technologies such as VBCS, OIC, Integration and PaaS extension technologies in cloud technical environments Experience in implementation and post-implementation projects in client-facing roles as a Cloud Technical Lead. Proficiency with production support ticketing tools and incident management, including the ability to debug and analyze issues. Experience resolving production tickets for Financials and SCM modules, with a strong technical understanding of these processes. Willingness to learn and demonstrated experience in adopting new tools and technologies over the last 2-3 years.
