Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Full Stack Web Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions in Pune. You will collaborate with global teams to transform requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design software solutions based on requirements and within architectural and design guidelines. - Derive software requirements, validate specifications, and conduct feasibility analysis. - Translate software architecture into design and code accurately. - Guide Scrum team members on design topics and ensure consistency. - Lead test automation design and implementation. - Identify opportunities for harmonization and reuse of components/technology. - Actively participate in coding features and bug-fixing, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines. - Collaborate with globally distributed teams to develop scalable software products. - Ensure seamless integration and communication across multiple locations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - 4-5 years of experience in software design and development. - Backend Development: Strong experience in microservices API development using Java, Python, Spring Cloud. Proficiency in Maven. - Frontend Development: Expertise in full stack web development using JavaScript, Angular, React JS, NodeJS HTML5, and CSS3. - Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL databases. - Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, EKS). Exposure to CI/CD tools, code analysis, and test automation. - Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Windows and Unix-based environments. - Nice to Have: Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation. - Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as a team player, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
