Profile Name: Chief HSE & Sustainability Officer 📅 Experience: Minimum 15 Years of Relevant Work Experience Qualification: Post Graduation in Safety, Environment Management / BE / B. Tech 📍 Location : Bhadrak, Odisha
Roles And Responsibilities: Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for the company to achieve Zero Harm Drive VSAP /ESG & sustainability programs aiming at continuous improvements Ensure effective implementation of HSE & Sustainability practices, procedures and continuously raise the standards by adopting best practices and inculcating a culture of behavioural safety through frequent inspections percolation of a strong culture of safe working culture among employees and business partners Develop and manage HSE systems and critical risk management and controls in place to ensure achievement of objectives aligned to company’s strategic business goals Facilitate change processes to ensure continuous improvements to internal control systems, employee participation and management support Drive Business Partner HSE framework, onboard the best high-quality partners and lead safety Audits
